So this is a session that took place a little before Christmas so It's not a recent 2016 session but It's one of our favorites from 2015 and keeping with my last post we want to catch you guys up some of our favorite sessions we did last year. His mom messaged us on our Facebook page and told us she wanted us to do his newborn pictures of her son Joshua. As newborn pictures are our favorite I was super excited and we set up a date right away. Brandi (his mom) told us that he was a big boy and would probably be our biggest newborn we've done. Baby Bear was 9lbs 9oz when we took his pictures so she was right ;) we didn't get to use a lot of our newborn hats and other props because he wasn't as tiny but that was okay because his nursery was absolutely adorable and we pretty much incorporated anything we could from his nursery into his pictures :) We had a nice sunny day and he had a nice big window in his nursery that let in the best natural light ever!! Can you tell I was super excited??? I love working with natural lighting and would chose that over any studio set up. Bear was a little fussy at the start of the session, was amazing in the middle and then started getting fussy again towards the end so he took a little break to eat and then we finished up with just a few more! After the session was over and I was looking back through the pictures both Erin and I agreed that this is one of our all time favorites! We LOVED meeting baby Bear and his beautiful family and look forward to hopefully working with them again in 2016!
